YAY!!!! BMW has decided to be kind to us and they released the X6 US Official brochure. As expected, initially there will be two models available: the xDrive35i and the xDrive50i. As we mentioned a few weeks ago, a diesel version should be available sometimes in 2009.
The exterior colors are pretty much what BMW offers for the other models, with small exceptions: Tasman Metallic or the Vermillion Red. I love the fact that they decided to offer a lot of options for the upholstery, it basically satisfies everyone's taste.
There are many options offered as standard, such as Xenon Headlights or Park Distance Control(front and rear). BMW is definitely trying to convert as many customers as possible so what's better than including some options for free. It's interesting to see if these "freebies" will reflect in the base price, which I am still hoping that it will be released tomorrow at the Chicago Auto Show, from where we will have live coverage.
Ok, I won't get into more details about the catalog so I will just give you a link to download it so you can scan through it.

Your X6 brochure link does not work!!!!
I think it has been fixed. Thanks for catching that Mark
Okay, now that I have seen the brochure (I think that the car looks GREAT) I have to start wondering about two things: the dash woods offered and the exterior paints. Dang, but the choices are becoming more and more somber and bleak…..same for most of the other BMW’s.
At least on the M5 you get that Olive Ash wood which is a nice contrast if you choose a dark interior….
Seems like you could at least have ONE brighter color besides white!!! LOL!!!
Cheers,
