All these months, everyone believe that the BMW 1-series will make its debut at the L.A Auto Show. All the clueless led us to that assumption but in a recent video on www.bmw-web.tv, we were informed that the Detroit Show is the chosen one.
In my opinion, I think the L.A show would have been the perfect setup for such a launch but it seems like BMW has decided to choose a show with a bigger tradition and larger in size.
Dates for NAIAS (North American International Auto Show) 2008 have been announced.
- Press Preview will be Sunday, January 13 – Tuesday, January 15, 2008
- Industry Preview will be Wednesday, January 16 & Thursday, January 17, 2008
- Charity Preview will be Friday, January 18, 2008
- Public Show will be Saturday, January 19 – Sunday , January 27, 2008
