Unfortunately, Augusto Farfus and his Walkenhorst BMW M6 GT3 had to retire the Bathurst race early, due an incident involving a Kangaroo.
Despite the lack of road-going M6, the BMW M6 GT3 Race Car continues to race and will be featured in the upcoming IGTC.
The BMW M4 GT3 will be developed by BMW Motorsport with one of its longest-standing Motorsport teams, BMW Team Schnitzer.
