It’s that time again. Our latest episode of the BMWBLOG Podcast is here, episode nine. In it, we discuss some good, hot-button topics and we’re excited to bring it to you. The first topic we discuss is the BMW M4 GT3, the racing version of the upcoming M4 road car. It was just recently teased in a new sketch image from BMW and the image shows off some of the car’s new grille design. That’s the most controversial aspect of the upcoming BMW M3/M4 and we talk about that a bit more, even though we’ve discussed it ad nauseam.

After that, we move onto the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe. I wrote an article about it last week, talking about how the 6er GC is possibly the best used BMW value on the market right now. For under $50,000, you can get some seriously cool metal. Just within 100 miles of my house, I found several M6 Gran Coupes and even one ALPINA B6 Gran Coupe with good mileage for under $50k. How can you beat that?

Lastly, though, I discuss the Audi RS6 Avant. Again, last week I wrote that I’d prefer the new RS6 Avant over an M5, simply because it’s a better overall package for my life. Its wagon body style, better looks and superior all-weather all-wheel drive system, combined with similar performance, is an overall package I prefer. Turns out the BMW fanbase wants my head on a pike for such an opinion. So I breakdown my reasoning and explain myself a bit but I certainly don’t walk back my original claim, as it still stands true.

We’re nearing a bit of a milestone for us, as we’re about to hit ten episodes. Obviously, that’s barely a drop in the bucket for most podcasts but it’s big for us as we’re new to the podcast game. We’re trying to secure a good guest for our tenth episode but we’re still working on some scheduling. Until then, have a listen to episode nine and we hope you enjoy.
