Europe-based Sterckenn has announced a set of new aero upgrades for a selection of BMW models. The new offerings targets the F90 M5, the G30 5 Series and the M2 Competition. According to the company, the body upgrades can be easily installed on the OEM parts thanks to their add-on form and perfect fit with the stock parts. The parts are made of prepreg carbon fiber.

For the F90 M5, the Sterckenn’s carbon fiber-made upgrades include a splitter on the front end and diffuser inserts on the rear. The new parts aim to enhance the looks and aerodynamic properties of the M5 without taking away from its initial design. Sterckenn’s front splitter can be installed with or without original M Performance parts. The inserts for the diffuser fit the stock component and don’t necessitate a replacement.

It’s a convenient solution that’s not only cost-effective, but also allows the car’s owner to retain the Hands Free Trunk Access function (opening the gate with a foot placed under the rear end of the car); an advantage over some of the aftermarket products that delete this ability.

Furthermore, now all of the 5 series derivatives can benefit from a set of body upgrades from Sterckenn’s offer. The new product line discreetly enhances the sporty effect of the original M Performance parts. Among the parts offered for the G30 5 Series are a carbon fiber lip at the front and a carbon fiber diffuser.

For the M2 Competition, Sterckenn also offers a wide range of parts. The debuting splitter is once again built from the highest quality prepreg carbon fiber and boasts a design that complements the aggressive looks of BMW’s smallest coupe.

Sterckenn’s front splitter for BMW M2 Competition is a smart alternative for the extensive aerodynamic front lip which can be found in the M Performance parts catalogue. It brings a purposeful effect to M2’s front end design without affecting the usability of the car as it doesn’t lower the ground clearance for the bumper.
