It goes without saying that 2010 is announcing to be an eventful year for BMW. Several BMW models will emerge out of the Munich gates, the BMW 5 Series, BMW X3, BMW ActiveHybrid7 and possible the new 6 Series. BMW recently announced that fifteen new vehicles will be available next year, including the life cycle impulse models.
One of them is the 2010 BMW 3 Series Convertible and Coupe which will be receiving a minor facelift. Both the Coupe and Convertible versions will receive LED rear lights, revised front/rear bumpers, and new side skirts. The headlights will get a different “eyebrow”, similar to what we have seen in the E90 LCI.
New side mirrors will also be available in the LCI models.
Inside, the BMW 3 Series Convertible will receive the ConnectedDrive system which allows for in-car internet access. Other minor changes are expected; improved trim and a new center armrest.
Even though not yet confirmed by BMW, several auto publications speculate on the engine offerings: the new N55 or the upgraded N54 engine might be available as well.
The facelifted 3 Series Coupe and Convertible will launch in April 2010.

i see they placed those hideous white stripes above the headlights…if they fixed that bonet – bumper transition instead…it looks like the bonet is open!!
surely a company as big as bmw as enough to make a better metal work
It looks like tape to conceal the lines somewhat. However, eyelids wouldn’t be too surprising.
I’m quite glad that they’re keeping the swooping centerline, as the straight crease on the 5 and 7 (a la CS) is less exciting.
