The official launch of the new BMW M2 will take place in April and along with the standard car, BMW M will also introduce a full suite of M Performance Parts specifically designed for the compact sports coupe. To properly showcase the beautiful aero parts, an Alpine White M2 takes the center stage at the M stand in Geneva.

Our live photos show the compact sports car in the full M Performance look which properly take advantage of the pristine white to highlight the best features of the car. Visible immediately are the changes to the front apron, side skirts, rear diffuser and rear spoiler lid. Other upgrades – unique to the M2 – are the front and side sill attachments.

The BMW M2 Coupe can be fitted with the BMW M Performance coil-spring suspension so as to optimize road holding and handling. This reduces ground clearance by at least five millimeters as compared to the standard suspension. And the coil-spring technology can be used to lower the vehicle by an additional 20 millimeters. What is more, the shock absorbers can be adjusted to 16 levels in the rebound stage and 12 in the compression stage.

The BMW M Performance sports brake pads offer increased suitability for the race track as well as enhanced active safety.

Inside, this showcar features the M Sports Steering Wheel wrapped in Alcantara.

Perhaps the greatest impact on the sportiness of the BMW M2 has the new M Performance Exhaust System with silencer flaps whose modes can be selected via a Bluetooth remote control. In addition to the version seen here – with four 80 mm tailpipes – BMW also offers a variant with carbon fiber tailpipe with a diameter of 93 mm.

Last but not least important visual upgrade is the M decals kit which adds that final touch on an already beautiful sports car.
