The BMW 2 Series Convertible, 4 Series Convertible and the M4 Convertible will include a new package on their extensive list of options. The Open Air Package features a heated steering wheel, neck warmer (adjustable through three stages), HiFi loudspeaker system and a new, ultra-compact and user-friendly wind deflector.
Another element of the Open Air package is the through-loading system. With the rear seat backrests folded down, items of luggage such as golf bags or snowboards can be stowed inside extremely conveniently thanks to a through-loading aperture between the boot and rear compartment.
The new Open Air Package will be offered starting this Spring in Europe, but the launch date for the U.S. market is unknown at the time.
