Last year, BMW Spain launched a pilot program titled “BMW i Virtual Tour.” The cutting-edge commercial channel features a live interaction between the company’s Genius i employees and potential customers. Available both on Desktop and mobile, the Virtual i Tour was available eery day between 3 and 10 pm with product experts teaching live the features and capabilities of BMW’s most advanced vehicles – the i3 and i8.

Thanks to the unique marketing channel, BMW Spain was proud to announce that one of those i8 hybrid sportscars was sold.
The customer – who chose to buy a BMW i8 – was referred to the CIC (Customer Interaction Center) by BMW Bank, a company that provides financing solutions for the BMW Group. Through this service you can buy the vehicle as well as finance and arrange a test if desired.
This is part of BMW i’s innovation, beyond the product itself.
