BMW of North America today announced a modest inflationary price increase for some Model Year 2015 vehicles, effective January 5th, 2015.
The Destination and Handling fee for all models is $950 and is included in the following list for current and new prices.
Please note that there are no price changes for other models.

This is actually a huge increase when you consider that the US Dollar is strengthening and the Euro is seriously weakening. It’s also worth mentioning that the 4 Series already commands a premium over the 3 series without offering better engines or any difference in the interior (aside from being an inch wider and riding an inch lower).
Erm… lol? Euro is weakening compared to what? I only see the USD growing, EUR remains +- the same, not “seriously weakening”. Maybe it is weakening compared to USD , but you can’t be serious about such comparison :). Would be missleading as hell. Anyways I agree it is weird if prices in USD r about to go up in such situation, but clearly this took a bit of a time to plan and isn’t reflecting the nowadays growth.
