New photos of BMW M4 Convertible are now available to download.
The F83 M4 Convertible made its web debut yesterday and will be officially unveiled at the 2014 New York Auto Show. Built atop the elegant and beautiful 4 Series
Convertible, the BMW M4 Convertible will join its siblings, the M3 Sedan and M4 Coupe, this summer.
The new M4 Convertible has grown in size when compared to the E93 model, it measures 183.9 in length compared to the 181.8 in for the E93. The F83 is also wider than the M3 Convertible, by 2.6 inches (73.6 in vs 71.0 in). As expected, the F83 wheelbase is also longer than the predecessor due to the larger base car, the 4 Series Convertible – 110.7 vs. 108.7 inches.
Under the hood, it features the same S55 3.0 liter inline-six TwinPower engine producing 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. The power is sent to the rear-wheels via a six-speed or an optional 7-speed M DCT transmission.
