One of my all time favorites BMW M3s is the 1986 E30 model, the 2.3 liter //M outputting 195 horsepower. The E30 M3 runs from 0-62 mph in 7.5 seconds and has a top speed of 146 mph. These models are a rarity these days and you will usually see them at BMW gatherings or vintage car shows. I have also had the luck of seeing them at several Auto Detailing shows and some of the restorations done, were simply amazing.

Clubber, a member of TeamSpeed.com, is the proud owner of a beautiful red E30 M3. Being part of his local BMW group, BMW Passion, he had the opportunity to take his //M on a race track. The beautiful photos will pretty much tell the story.

    I wanted to see the rims, could someone ask him to stop for a minute?

    @Auday:

    Those are BBS rims. Something like BBS GT-R or R-GT I think.

    Simply a drop dead car, it has all the right bits but not too many! Simpler times! Great car..

    I just miss old wide-bodied cars – the E31 had a great rear wide-body and the 2002’s and 3.0 CSL’s look fantastic with a wide-body kit.

    There’s just something about the old-school bimmers that make me smile.
