Today we bring you candid photos of BMW’s new F20 1 series 5 door hatchback. On display at the global launch of BMW’s latest compact car, the 1 series M sport package was shown in Ebony Black. Changes to the exterior include both aerodynamic and stylistic improvements.
Starting at the front of the vehicle, the front air dam has been widened to accommodate larger air intakes which feed the cooling systems. We find the bold new look typical to M, both aggressive yet understated. Moving to the side valence, a more sculptured prominent line is drawn above the rocker panels, adding the appearance of muscle and weight to the car. Finally, at the rear BMW has incorporated a more aggressive and sculpted rear bumper, rounding out the look.
We like the appearance of the M sport package on BMW’s latest 1er and trust us – it looks even better in real life than it does in photos.
The M-Sport package looks downright awesome on this car… it’s a shame it looks so bleak without the package
bleak is putting it mildly. This might actually be acceptable. The bumper design breaks up that horrible space between the headlights and the grille — I mean they did this quite deliberately, it seems.
hmmpf…now it look’s better! but old 1-series looks MUCH better ;)

so cute….
Now, this looks super stunning! I bet it will look great in white or silver.
It seems to me that BMW wants all of their buyers to order the M-package, which means you have to spend a hell amount of additional money to have the right looking car.
Well, they will have very hard times this way with the new A3 and Golf from next year as those cars will look much better without sport package.
this is how the basic model should have looked like. they are stupid indeed
