MINI Black Knight Limited Edition goes on sale in Japan with two separate models.
The new MINI Cooper SD Countryman will be limited to 140 units only available in a Frozen Black color. MINI also offers a John Cooper Works Paceman to 10 customers. This model is intended to be introduced in response to the MINI John Cooper Works Countryman Black Knight and the MINI John Cooper Works Paceman Black Knight that was released in a total of 45 units limited this April.
MINI Black Knight has adopted a special Matt Black “Frozen Black” that emphasizes its sporty genes. Frozen black roof mirror caps, xenon headlights with black reflector, coupled with the headlight frame in piano-black finish, give these cars that Batmobile look we have seen before.
MINI Cooper SD Crossover Black Knight is offered with the 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine while the JCW Paceman Black Knight uses a 1.6 liter four-cylinder turbocharged petrol unit.
The Cooper SD has a base price of nearly $40,000, while the JCW Paceman Black Knight will cost $47,000.
