Hollywood Car Films releases their first episode from an upcoming series of films on cars. First guest: the E60 BMW M5. With the replacement M5 just around the corner, the folks at Hollywood Car Films wanted to take one last look at what made the E60 such a memorable benchmark.

The E60 M5, introduced in 2005, was powered by a V10 naturally-aspirated petrol engine. The 4,999 cc V10 S85 engine was redlining at 8250 rpm, and developing a peak output of 500 horsepower and 520 Nm (380 lb-ft) of torque. The BMW M5, along with the E63/64 BMW M6, were designed to use the new Getrag SMG III single-clutch seven speed semi-automatic transmission.

Oh, did we mention that Kristen Lee, the host, does an amazing job in the video?

Amazing job… BSing her performance driving “skill” and talking about cars when she BS’d her way into that industry as well while guys have to prove themselves by having more training, automotive knowledge instead of being fed lines, and cannot be fresh out of university. I’m tired of women complaining about “male dominated” and somehow are being held back from various things when it’s proven that women have an easier time getting work due to “diversity”
