At the 2018 Detroit Auto Show, BMWBLOG sat down with Matt Mostafaei, Senior Product Manager M Performance Parts, to discuss BMW’s current offerings. One of the cars displayed in Detroit was a BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo which features a series of aftermarket parts.

The Alpine White 6 GT features, at the front, a blacked out kidney grille, one of the most common upgrades we see on a BMW. From the side, one can easily spot the gorgeous aftermarket wheels with the two tone color scheme and the red calipers from the upgraded brake system.

Side gills and carbon fiber mirror caps add even more flair to the design of the 6 Series Gran Turismo.

Mostafaei also says that the M2 customers will get more customization with M Performance Parts later this year which will offer more weight savings and better looks.

Even the X2 will get the M Performance treatment and Mostafaei promises a series of parts available for the new SAV. The carbon fiber kidney grille offered for the new M5 will also be made available to other series models.
