When you consider the exhaust system as one of the integral parts of any aftermarket project, companies like Eisenmann Exhaust Systems come to mind. The German manufacturer is creating a special exhaust system for the BMW F80 M3 And BMW F82 M4.

With this in mind, we have a chance to catch a glimpse at their engineering, design and manufacturing work.

Even though not a lot of information has been released about the whole system, we do however have a pretty good clue into how it sounds..

Some of us were not that impressed by the stock sound of the M3 or the M4, we felt it was needing something more powerful and deeper. In the following video you will notice that Eisenmann is tackling this issue heads-on and brings that needed sound to the M3 and M4 models.

Most likely the new parts will provide heightened levels of performance due to overwhelming power and room to grow that the 3.0 L BMW S55 I6 twin-turbo engine is capable of.

The Eisenmann exhaust was installed on IND’s own F82 M4, driven in the “Sport Plus” M mode. Like the rest of the F8x M car, the Eisenmann system’s behavior and sound will change to suit the driver’s mood, using the original BMW in-cabin controls. The new Eisenmann comes with full sound control. Eisenmann rear muffler system comes with 4x90mm tips.

There are three modes to choose from: Comfort = Comfort sound, Sport mode = Sport Performance and Sport+ mode = Race performance perfectly catering to different driving styles, needs and soothing the ears of owners in different ways.
