My new M sport kicks its counterparts into touch. Test driven the ML, Q7, RR Sport. RR sport unreliable, ML over priced but rates 2nd on my list, Audi feels cheap to the others in comparison and also feels like a tank. I work on all these cars and more for a living and feel that the Bmw is the overall winner.

I have just purchased one with all the bells and whistles, drove the ML and couldn’t stand the stupid column gear changer, and felt very un-refined, wouldn’t even consider it. Absolutely love my new X5 MSport Pack with innovations package, absolutely love the look and the
“Official Photos” do it absolutely no justice what so ever, take a look at a real one.

i do agree with yo in the sense that it looks too aftermarket; too “bolt-on”. i think that’s mainly because the lines between some panels seem to be too large and make it look as if they were gaps (like someone bolted something on to an already existing panel). if they blend the panels together better, then i would think that it would have a very subtle aggressiveness to it (granted it’s a suv).

honestly, i think they never seemed to get the sport package right.. in the x5 that is.. looks too much an aftermarket kit..

you shouldn’t buy it. the Mercedes ML is so much better and more sporty, especially with the ML 63 AMG model…. that’s what you should get.
