This week, the Performance Center in Spartanburg is holding a training session for all the Client Advisors in the country. Several new models will be tested, including the all new BMW X6 and M3. BMW Blog will keep you updated on all the news from there and we will bring you some photos and videos.
In the mean time, you can read Mr. Tom Purves' presentation that was given out today.
I won't give you the full details, but bottom line is that BMW is doing well in the U.S and BMW is still the only company that offers the 4yr/50k Maintenace program. Kudos!
One thing that I am waiting from Irv is to tell us what impact his website had on the European Delivery program. Since we have launched the edBMW website back in 2006, the ED sales have gone up and Irv has become the number 1 Client Advisor in the country, based on the overall ED sales. So, we'll see if any BMW executive will mention something in their presentations.
We'll keep you updated!
