The 2015 BMW M4 Convertible makes its world debut at the 2014 New York Auto Show.
The open-M4 based on the BMW F33 4 Series Convertible comes this fall and uses the same powertrain as the fifth-generation M3 and M4 Coupe. In all three vehicles, the new twin-turbo inline six-cylinder with 431 hp S55 and a maximum of 550 Newton meters of torque will power the rear wheels. Remains to be seen how much weight the M4 Convertible brings on the scale.
From 0-100 km/h (0-62), the 2014 BMW M4 Coupe runs in 4.1 seconds with DCT while the M3 runs the same distance in 4.3 seconds, with the same transmission
. We expect the M4 Convertible to report similar numbers.
The MSRP for the new BMW M4 Convertible is $73,425.
