From the International Media launch of the 2019 BMW X2 M35i, we bring you a new photo gallery of the sporty crossover in Misano Blue. The new BMW X2 M35i comes with the most powerful 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo engine the Germans ever made. It is rated at 306 PS which translates to roughly 301 HP in the US. AWD in combination with Launch Control will make sure that the 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque developed by the engine send you to 100 km/h (62 mph) from standstill in 4.9 seconds.

The X2 M35i comes with a couple of specific features, the most impressive being the specially-designed seats you won’t find on any other car. They look brilliant and match the car’s sporty character. Furthermore, the M Sport suspension comes as standard along with an M Sport locking differential for the front axle.

Six colors are offered in the U.S. for the X2 M35i – Alpine White, Black Sapphire Metallic, Mineral Grey Metallic, Misano Blue Metallic, Galvanic Gold Metallic and Sunset Orange Metallic. Inside, customers can pick between Sensatec Oyster/Black, Black SensaTec, Magma Red Dakota Leather and Black Dakota Leather.

The upholstery can be paired with the following trims – Fine-wood ‘Fineline’ Trim with Pearl Chrome Accent, Black High-gloss Trim with Pearl Chrome Accent and Aluminum Hexagon Trim with Pearl Grey Chrome Accent.

The top model of the X2 family starts at $46,450 and it’s the first M Performance model built on a front-wheel drive architecture. However, the X2 M35i is not front-wheel drive. Instead, all cars will be all-wheel drive, using an Aisin-sourced 8-speed automatic gearbox to send the power from the engine to the four corners of the car.
