BMW Japan unveils the 5 Series Sedan “Grace Line” Edition. The special 5 Series sedan is limited to 160 units for the Japanese market and goes on sale on June 13.

The car features the Mineral Gray paint job with special 18 inch alloy wheels and a number of special equipment, such as a dedicated chrome finish on the kidney grille and the BMW Individual high-gloss Shadow Line. The interior comes equipped with sports seats which adopted the Dakota leather Oyster color with dedicated stitching, an M Sport leather steering wheel with fine Nappa leather (with shift paddles) and a dedicated interior badge to illustrate the specialness of this car.

Furthermore, the 5 Series “Grace Line” edition comes with Adaptive LED headlights, Lane Change Warning, Active Cruise Control and Driving Assist Plus. The car is offered with two engine options; the 523i Grace Line is powered by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder gasoline engine and a 523d Grace Line four diesel banger. Both engines are coupled to an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Pricing is set at PY7.2 million (around $58,000) for the 523i and JPY7.43 million (around $59,700) for the 523d.
