For the record - it was the semi-collectible 740i Sport, not the Li, in this film.

I was a big fan of Ticker, lot of big names in that short film and it was very entertaining...especially with the twist ending.

The Star made me fall in love with the E39 when the M5 version appeared in it. I told myself I'd had to have an E39 no matter what and now years later I finally have a 528i with the M-Sport bodykit.

I remember when they first came out all those years ago! what a great way to create desirable element with a cinematic advertisement. And by focusing it on with a 'hero' who uses a car for its functionally really brings emphasis on BMWs famous drive quality. For those who already have BMWs it does remind you that you have made a correct choice.
