Last month, while driving the new BMW 2 Series Active Tourer in Soelden – Austria, BMW told us that an F15 X5 was used to carry some supplies all the way up to 3,000 meters.
The BMW X5 F15 used was the xDrive30d model in Space Grey Metallic and with the Design Pure Experience Package. BMW X5 equipped with Design Pure Experience comes with steel at the front, rear and side, the air inlets with a differentiated look and the tailpipe and grille bars in silver mate.
It is equally striking on the inside too – thanks to the exclusive Nappa leather upholstery with contrast stitching and extended features in Mocha and the fine-wood trim Fineline Pure.

The BMW X5 xDrive30d is equipped with the 3.0-liter straight six-cylinder turbo diesel N57, which distributes 258 hp and 560 Newton meters of torque to all four wheels. Depending on the tires, the fuel consumption is 5.9 to 6.0 liters per 100 kilometers.
The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is completed in 6.8 seconds, top speed is 230 km / h. Who wants more diesel performance, may resort to double or even triple turbocharged six-cylinder models: X5 xDrive40d and X5 M50d with 313 and 381 hp, respectively.
