BMW Head of Design, Adrian Van Hooydonk, and Henrik Wenders, BMW i8 Product Manager, go on camera to talk about the first BMW i models to emerge under the new sub-brand.

The BMW i8 had its world premiere at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show, while the i3 megacity vehicle was at the center of BMW Hall 11 in Frankfurt.

The 2014 BMW i8 is a 2+2-seater with visionary design and intelligent lightweight construction, which opens the door to both emission-free driving on city roads and sports performance.
