Ultimate Photo Gallery: New 2012 BMW 3 Series

The new 2012 BMW 3 Series had its world premiere today in Munich. The sixth generation iconic 3 Series comes to market with a new approach in the design language, both inside and outside the car.

The F30 3 Series Sedan was penned by Christian Weil, the very same designed responsible for the 5 Series GT. The interior design was created by Christian Bauer who also designed the current generation 6 Series coupe and convertible.

For the first time, the 3 Series will be offered with the standard packages, Sport Line, Luxury Line and Modern Line, that will take the level of customization to a new level and provide the customers with more upfront options. Customers can therefore adapt the appearance of their car to their personal lifestyle and preferences – in their own way and with eye-catching results. For the company, these new lines will result in additional savings.

For the purists, BMW will continue to offer the aggressive M Sport Package.

    I thought Bmw wont be able to make a car uglier than the 5 series GT, but then they came up with the new 6 series, then i thought they wont be able to come up with an uglier car , but they came out with the 1 series, and now the ugliest of them all, THE NEW 3 SERIES ,, WHY ???? WHY ??? WHY BMW WHy ??? are you trying to be ugly on purpose ? i love this company but honestly they have lost it

      You think the 6 series is ugly? You have really poor eyesight or may be a bit slow. The new 3 series is a great evolution from the current model. WELL DONE!!

      I bet even you don’t know what you want. Or you want something that does not exist. But most likely, whatever this is, you can’t even afford it. So, you say Kia Sonata design looks better? Come back when you grow up.

    i think it is time to bring Bangle back….he is the true designer,now we know how good he is.

      Wait till this car outsells Mercedes C Class and VW A4. Granted, Bangle was good, but this is taking design to another level. Perhaps some people’s minds are not ready to move forward yet?

    Brilliant work of art. The interior is quite nice. If you don’t like it, go ahead and buy a VW A4. I personally am looking forward to owing one of thes, and can’t wait for a test drive…

    I like the new 5, 6, and 7, I can’t stand the new 3, mainly the front end. Starting to remind me of the new jetta which also has a terrible front end. Lol at the people who are excited for this car, I’m sure plenty of people agree with me. Besides the e60 this is my least favorite BMW
