BMW's next generation 6-series coupe and cabrio won't be available until late 2010, however we can get a pretty accurate look at how it will look thanks to these renderings. The new design is expected to grow in size and feature a sportier design and also sit lower than the current out going model. There are rumors the car will be offered with two different versions, a more luxurious GT and an aggressive sports model. The engine is unfortunately supposed to carry over untouched, but the new M6 will get a twin turbo V-10 and dual clutch transmission.[Source:Motor Authority]

1This is awful. The front looks angry. There’s no need for that.

2@Toy Yoda:
Sure there is… you want a “gentleman’s” car get an Aston Martin or a Mercedes.
I want to be behind someone on the freeway and have them move out of the way. That’s why I got an 850, pretty much everyone moves to the other lane when you pull up quick on them. Had a 740 but apparently that wasn’t mean enough.

3The rear end looks just like a Toyota Avalon. I sincerely believe BMW is lost & in too deeply into their design scheme. They need a drastic change. The rear end of the 3 coupe looks like a Buick. The read of the 4 looks like a Kia Rio. Not up to par.
