After the introduction of the tuning program for the BMW 6 Series Convertible, the German tuner Hartge launches a similar visual and power upgrade for the F13 BMW 6 Series Coupe.

The program includes four different light-alloy wheels in 19 and 21 inches, which are covered with up to 295 mm wide tires. The wheels are optionally available in all BMW exterior colors and available in glossy or matt black.

Both the BMW 640i Coupe and 650i come equipped with specially tailored spring sets, which are lowered by 30 millimeters and 25 millimeters front and rear combined, to make the ride noticeably more dynamic.

The 650i Coupe variant gets a significant power upgrade from the standard 407-hp of the V8 twin-turbo N63 to 490 hp. The 640i now outputs 384 hp from 320 hp in factory form, as well as 540 Nm of torque.

The 640d and its twin-turbo diesel unit deliver 362 hp and 730 Nm of torque.

For the BMW 650i M Sport package, Hartge includes a stainless steel exhaust system, consisting of stainless steel center silencer and rear silencer and dual round tail pipes. The 650i has tailpipes with a diameter of 90 millimeters, while the 640i is ten millimeters less. For the BMW 640d, a stainless steel exhaust system is available, with two 80 mm tailpipes.
