The 2016 BMW 325d Sedan and Touring models will switch to a new engine this Spring. Their new four- cylinder diesel engine benefits from the latest edition of BMW TwinPower Turbo technology, including multi-stage turbocharging and common-rail direct injection, and develops maximum output of 165 kW/224 hp from its 2.0-liter displacement.

Both models allow customers to link the new version of the 2.0-liter engine with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard or an eight- speed Steptronic transmission as an option.
