MINI releases a special edition model exclusively for the Japanese market. Dubbed MINI Savile Row, the all-black painted model will be built in a limited edition of 100 units. Featuring a black roof and not the contrasting color we’ve been accustomed to, the Savile Row’s look is enhanced by polished chrome wheels, mirrors and front-grille.

The car also sports a privacy glass, bi-xenon headlights with white turn signal laps and anthracite headliner.

Under the hood, the special MINI comes equipped with the 1.6 liter four-cylinder engine matted to an automatic transmission. MINI set the price at ¥3,100,000 ($35,028 U.S.), a premium of about ¥400,000 ($4,519 U.S.) over the standard MINI.

Inside, the MINI Savile Row is as sharp as tuxedo, with piano-black trim and a chrome instrument bezel.

MINI announced the Savile Row as available for the Japanese market only with no sales scheduled in the U.S.
