South African CAR magazine publishes a video comparison between the all-new BMW M5 and the Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG. The duel takes place both on the road and race track.
The CLS63 AMG is powered by a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 rated at 550 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque with the Performance Package.
The new 2012 M5 features under the hood a high-revving 4.4-liter (4395cc) turbocharged that uses the BMW M TwinPower Turbo technology. The engine outputs 560 horsepower from 5,750-7,000 rpm and 680Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque from only 1500rpm.
