During an exclusive visit at the Nurburgring BMW M Testing facility, BMWBLOG had the unique opportunity to spend some time with the new M5, both around and…underneath the car.
The tour was hosted by Albert Biermann, Head of BMW M engineering, and Bernd Limmer, engineer and test driver at M, who allowed us to view the underbody of the new M5 while up on a hoist.
For the first time since the official unveiling, BMW opened up the books of the new M5 and shared with the world some of the fine engineering that underpins the new super sporty sedan.
This is a 14 minutes long video, but in our opinion, well worth it and very informative. We apologize in advance for the lower than usual sound quality.
