There certainly are a few crazy paint jobs offered by BMW in their product catalog. And clearly, all of them turn a car like the BMW M3 into a true eye catcher. Fire Orange, on the other hand, turns the M3 into an early Halloween pumpkin, in a positive way. Additionally, thanks to AUTOCouture Motoring, this M3 also features a wide selection of aftermarket visual additions as well.
First, a set of aftermarket wheels were installed. This particular Fire Orange BMW F80 M3 rolls on Velos D5 wheels. The Velos D5 Directional Wheel is the most advanced wheel design in the company’s forged wheel line. The D5 is a true directional wheel meaning both sides of the vehicle will have wheels facing the same way. The D5 also introduces new weight reducing cuts on throughout the design including an undercut behind the spokes, giving a lightweight and strong forged wheel design.
The wheels come with a Hand Brushed w/ Double Dark Tint & Gloss Clear finish. These are sized 20×11 and 20×10 in the front and rear, respectively. Additionally, the 50/50 hardware option with orange wheel fasteners make for a great finishing touch.
Furthermore, AUTOCouture Motoring added some carbon fiber goodies to this M3. These consist of the carbon fiber front spoiler, a rear diffuser and a rear decklid spoiler. The lightweight carbon fiber parts add a great touch to the Fire Orange exterior finish, while also improving the performance through increased downforce.
Great color, ugly wheels.
Well, it seems some people like them, so go figure :P
This looks like a car that rolled out of my dealership a month or two ago. I see the CT plate and red interior. I don’t imagine that we sell that many if this combination here.
Wow that’s awesome info. How did you like the combo when it was out?
The interior is a contrast, that’s for sure. :-)
I’d love to go with white/black interior, but we all have different ideas. Nice looking car overall :)

Delivered on 9/3 and looking awesome!
That’s really nice, wow! Thanks!
Nice wheels…just don’t think that color combo works….but it ain’t my car.
The measurements of the wheels are backwards in the article. “20×10 and 20×11 front and rear, respectively” is the correct statement.
