West Loop of Chicago is known for its upscale lofts and large building rehabs that give the owners the needed creative space to design their dream home.
But this amazing 15,000 square foot loft and its garage are something that any man-child or bachelor would dream of. Currently owned by Las Vegas native and Forty4 Asset Management CIO Francis Wisniewski, the pad comes with a 15 cars garage that would make even Jay Leno feel jealous.
According to Chicago realtors, this garage is currently ranked as the 7th most expensive in the world. His garage has the “Welcome to fabulous Las Vegas” sign, an avenue lined with glossy red pillars and even a small basketball court.
His cars are in the sides, half of them stored in lifts each costing $5,000 to save on space. The room is lit like a car showroom. In all he estimated his electrical works cost $200,000, while the ventilation system also set him about the same amount.
It took him nine months to design the garage and another nine months to build it.
Upstairs, the 7,000 square foot penthouse loft and its 1,000 square foot rooftop are just the icing on the cake.[Source: Curbed]
