The design and coach-building house Pininfarina has given us some of the best looking cars of all time, including some recent collaborations with BMW, but this Rolls-Royce Hyperion is really one of a kind. The exquisite and super luxurious Hyperion was unveiled in 2008 at the Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance and at the time it was valued at nearly 6 million dollars.
The Hyperion wears custom carbon fiber bodywork, which included a compartment for hunting rifles in front of the windscreen. Rear seats were removed to give front passengers additional legroom, and the doors were crafted of wood. A Girard-Perregaux watch graced the dashboard, but it was removable to wear on the owner’s wrist.
The Hyperion features a 6.75 liter naturally aspirated V12 engine that produces 460hp and 720Nm of torque while mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
Now for the fourth time since its inception, the special Hyperion is up for sale for only 2 million dollars. If you have the cash, then owning this piece of history is a no-brainer.
