BMW’s E38 7 Series is widely regarded as the best 7 Series ever made. It has more luxury features than anyone will ever actually need, it has a range of fantastic engines and handles like a sports car. It’s a wonderful combination of luxury and performance. If you add a V12 engine to it, the E38 7er becomes even more attractive.
This particular model is a 750iL with ’90s navigation and a thumping V12.
Mated to a five-speed automatic, the bruising 5.4 liter V12 (M73B54) uses its 322 horsepower and 490Nm (363 lb-ft) to send send the 7 Series to 60 mph in 6.7 seconds. While that won’t light you hair on fire, it’s plenty quick enough if such a luxurious limo. Top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) is electronically limited.
The exterior boasts DRLs incorporated in the halogens, a new rear wing mounted on the boot and 19” Z-Performance Wheels.
The interior was updated by VILNER – full leather and Alcantara upholstery almost on all parts including the rearview mirror. The dashboard has been dressed in grey leather as well as the mechanisms of the belts. There is a decorative stitching in white on the doors and the seats. Black piano varnish was applied on the elements on the dashboard, door strips, center console, gear-shift lever, on the steering wheel as well as on the back of the seats. The steering wheel was entirely reworked and now has more ergonomically enhanced and sporty design.
The odometer shows 149,000 kilometers. The owner says the engine, differential, brakes, A/C were rebuild and all filters and belts are new.
For such a rare car, the asking price of 23,000 euros might be attractive to many buyers.
