The B12 ALPINA 5.7 Coupe is based on the BMW 8 Series and it is one of the most exclusive automobiles one can buy. The German automaker only built 57 of them, 32 with the Shift Tronic. This was the forerunner of the SMG. When changing gear, the clutch is operated automatically with the shift lever.
Not only this is one of the rarest cars, but also one of the fastest ALPINAs ever made. Using a 12-cylinder engine with Formula 1 technology, this fine B12 can reach a top speed of 300 km/h. The engine produces 416 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque.
The hood is made of carbon with additional cooling of the engine. There were wider ALPINA wheels mounted and optimized aerodynamics. The interior is made in full grain leather with the typical green-blue stitching.
The owner of this car claims this is the number 30 out of the 57 made, and has 132,110 km (82,084 mi) on the odometer. A full service history log is available with all the original parts.
But how much would this fine example cost? The listing says a whooping 99,000 euros ($105,000).
