Jay Leno starts a promotional campaign for Jay Leno’s Garage by disguising himself into an Uber driver and gives some passengers the ride of their lives.
Leno’s car-centric show used to be hosted only on the Internet, but it’s coming to CNBC starting Wednesday, October 7. The new primetime show will feature eight, hour-long episodes and Leno will host them all.
It will cover ‘classic cars, super cars, restoration projects, road tests, investments’ and showcase what it is like to collect classic cars, a hobby Leno is known for.
In the clip below, Leno tells unsuspecting passengers his name is Rocco and he asks whether they would prefer to be driven by Jay Leno or David Letterman. His perfect guise and make-up makes him hard to be recognized, so not surprisingly all the passengers were shocked when he revealed his identity.
