The M2 saga continues. Earlier today we saw an M2 prototype ripping the Nurburgring track and now we have new spy photos showing another M2 prototype in the Long Beach Blue color. For the first time since the M2 enter its final phase of testing we have the chance to see how the compacts sportscar would look like in the beautiful blue color. The test mule continues to sport some camouflage, hiding the final design details.
The launch color palette will be limited. Our sources couldn’t say how many and what colors will be added in the future, but at the launch, the M2 customers will get to pick from four paint jobs: Long Beach Blue, Alpine White, Mineral Grey and Black Sapphire. The official color is said to be Long Beach Blue so expect to see the first marketing photos sporting the beautiful blue shade.
Inside, BMW will offer only one leather option: the Dakota Black with blue stitching.
BMW M2 will make its web debut on October 14th, followed by a public launch at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show.
