Sorry, I so disagree with your comparison – based on what, wheels? The Porsche is a sports car, the BMW a sports coupe. Completely incomparable for their buyers; a noisy race-car versus a grand tourer. Come on. I traded from a 911 Carrera S to an M4 and am OK w/ that, they are two very different cars. I don’t want a car that I have to push and that pushes me to drive it, i prefer to relax. Too many cars on the road these days – I will challenge you when you print stupid stuff; I grew up able to enjoy back roads, something drivers can’t do today. It is SO STUPID to suggest 0 – 60 mph times, and WOW! a top speed of 155 mph (and where are you going to do that? Maybe that’s the best a young person can hope for is to know that somebody, somewhere did that (a hundred years ago).

I don’t believe the author was doing a comparison at all. He/she was simply providing some details about the cars as they were in a photo shoot together.

      The wheels, however, are disgusting.

Another wheel fail for the BMW… What a joke.
