German tuner G-Power has given the previous generation 760i (F01) a healthy power increase. In standard form, the 6.0 liter V12 engine makes 540 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque. With the power upgrade, the 760i now outputs 610 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 870 Nm (642 lb-ft) of torque available from 2,600 rpm.

The power bump was achieved via a G-Power power module (3,095 euros) giving the car now a sprint to 62 mph in just 4.3 seconds, 0.3 seconds quicker than the ALPINA B7.

Why didn’t they do it before? The last F01 will be produced in a few months. It’s a little bit too late to sell this. Unless they want to attract people who will want to keep their F01 but with the performance of the new G11. Alpina is already testing a prototype of the G11, which has been spied yesterday.
