With its 425 horsepower and a tendency to oversteer, the new BMW M4 is not a car to be taken lightly. We’ve seen a fair share of crashes in the last few months where inexperienced drivers lost control of the powerful sporty coupe and ended up either on the median or worse. This last one comes from Nurburgring and “features” an Austin Yellow BMW M4.
Judging by the video footage, the M4 driver carries too much speed into the corner and half way in, he applies the brakes which makes the car instantly oversteer throwing the front end into the guard rail. Unfortunately at that speed, even a pro driver would have had a hard time putting the car back on track, so the poor driver stood no chance.
The M4 remains driveable, but the front fascia will certainly need complete work in the thousands of dollars. Hopefully the insurance company will cover the Nurburgring shenanigans.
