This photoshoot, set against the peaceful German countryside, showcases one of the best BMWs that came out of the Bavarian workshops in the past few years. The BMW 1M brings up the M3-inspired track tech wrapped up in an aggressive design that has been highly praised by many.
The 1M is set to become a collector’s item and actually costs more now than when it was first introduced.
Under the hood of the 1M Coupe, there is a twin-turbo 3.0 liter engine produces 340 PS (250 kW) at 5900 rpm and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) torque from 1,500 to 4,500 rpm (with +369 lb-ft (500 Nm) overboost). It comes with a six-speed manual gearbox and a limited slip differential. The 1M coupe has a significantly wider track and bigger body than the standard E82 coupe, as well as a different body kit. It is also lighter than its 1 Series counterparts, even though the car is larger.
