It has been only six months since the new BMW F80 M3 came to market and BMW seems to be already testing the facelifted version of the popular sedan.
An F80 M3 prototype was spotted in Germany during some winter testing and featuring full camo. Even though covered almost entirely in vinyl, the rear end already hints at a redesign of the taillights, most likely to follow those on the upcoming F30 3 Series facelift.
With the F80 M3 having its design tied to the F82 M4, we expect the headlights to remain unchanged, but the rear-end of the F80 M3 sedan is likely to get the revised LED taillights.
BMW will most likely not increase the power output of the F80/F82 facelifts, so expect the same 425 horsepower.
According to internal BMW dealership documents, production for the F80 M3 LCI will begin in July 2015.
