All three variants of the 2015 BMW 6 Series Facelift were spotted during a photoshoot in Monaco. The 2015 BMW 6 Series Coupe, Convertible and Gran Coupe were on site with just a few months before their marketing debut.
The so-called Life Cycle Impulse (LCI) will be applied to all three variants at the same time with design changes on the mild side. Unfortunately, the BMW camouflage police has done a great job covering the most interesting aspects of those elegant and sporty cars, but nevertheless, they still reveal some interesting things.
The front fascia layout includes some design changes just below the headlights while in the back, the 6 Series Facelift brings a new-look bootlid arrangement. Up front, it also appears that all three 6 Series facelifted models have gained wing mirror-integrated indicators as well.
We also expect to see new color options and different set of wheels, as well as some minor changes inside, like trim and leather options, and the updated iDrive.
The third-generation 6 Series’ current engine line-up will be carried over, with minor tweaks and improved technology to help boost performance and cut emissions.
The new six-cylinder diesel engine (B57) is expected to celebrate its launch a bit later, thus we are likely to get the 640d and 640d xDrive with the 313-hp twin-turbo version of the N57.
The market launch is scheduled for March 2015.
