Under the hood, G-Power BMW M3 Hurricane RS benefits from a supercharged V8 engine with a displacement increase from 4.4 to 4.6 liters. G-Power uses the supercharger together with Mahle forged pistons, forged connecting rods and a modified crankshaft.
A new custom built cooling system was also developed. The cooling system includes a larger oil and water capacities. To increase the acoustics and give the car some little extra punch, the tuner also fitted a titanium exhaust system which weighs 26 kg less than the stock system.
Hurricane RS M3 produces 720 hp and 700 Nm of torque while running from 0 to 100km/h in 3.7 seconds and to 200 km/h in 9.5 seconds. The top speed goes above 340 km/h. To cope with all that power, the German tuner includes a 6-piston brake calipers in front and 396 mm rotors, and the 4-piston calipers at the rear axle which clamp on 380 mm rotors.
At launch time, the power upgrades for the M3 cost 41,650.00 Euros net of tax, plus installation costs.
