The BMW M6 is quite a car to behold both in person and behind the wheel. 560HP and 500lb-ft on tap is only part of the equation that makes this big coupe so impressive. Nestled down into it’s cockpit-like interior behind a leather-wrapped, M tri-color stitched three-spoke steering wheel you can begin to appreciate how special it is as your hands clamor past the think wheel and find the massive paddle shifters allowing the user to modulate the DCT gearbox as they choose.
With the flick of your right foot and a few fingers at the paddles, anyone behind the wheel of an M6 is immediately rewarded with the driving experience of a tactile grand tourer that bellows out mechanical music under load.
Moving to the exterior, an already aggressive body equipped with quad exhaust pipes and 20 inch Style 343M wheels, the Sakhir Orange metallic paint only continues to belie the sense of performance that sits just beneath the surface.
BMWBlog’s friend Hilgram Photography recently had the opportunity to spend a bit of time with this orange Bavarian beast and snapped these incredible shots of the Sakhir Orange BMW M6 courtesy of Tom Bush BMW of Orange Park.
