The last generation 135is is probably a better buy and more fun. This weighs too much, has electronic steering, and all sorts of new age electronic gizmos meant for numbing the driving experience.

Agreed, the weight is disappointing considering the new audi s3 weighs 3,100.

I concur, I test drove an M235i last week and walked away disappointed. The car feels larger and heavier and it doesn’t have that small nimble car feeling the 135 had. This car is too close to the 4 series in driving feel.

Needs LSD badly and please, stop sticking M badges all over the place. Only real ///M cars should have them.

I love my M235i. I’ve had the car for two weeks and it doesn’t drive , ride or perform like a heavy car .It’s a pleasure to drive. PS. It’s real fast 0-60 in under 5 sec. I’ve been getting 26 mpg. around town . (6 speed
    the proper gear box). CG
