İsmet Çevik, a young Turkish designer, used his 4D modelling skills to create a futuristic car: BMW Sportback Concept. The designer is also known in the BMW community as the creator of the BMW Z5 mid-engine supercar which was showcased back in 2011.
Designed and modeled in CINEMA 4D, the BMW Sportback Concept features some aggressive design lines with some elements inspired by current BMW design. At the front, the car dominates with its wide shark nose and laser headlights with a shape similar to the BMW i8. The headlights also follow the current BMW design trends and they end in the kidney grille.
At the bottom of the fascia we have oversized air curtains and an aggressively sculpted bumper with LED lights.
The rear end is less aggressive and brings us some design cues closer to a production model. Here you have the BMW typically L-shaped taillights that wrap around the body and a subtle trunk lid. The trapezoid-shaped exhaust pipes are surrounding a cool rear diffuser.
No other details are being revealed about this project, but judging by the images below, it could be a successful supercar, if equipped with one fans’ favorite V10 engine.
