Coming from China once again is a new set of images revealing more details about the upcoming F10 BMW 5 Series facelift. Back in February, Chinese automotive publications got their hands on the first photos revealing the exterior details of the 5 Series LCI.
The image leaked today gives a look at the new iDrive Touch Controller along with M Sport steering wheel. The revamped iDrive knob adds a multi-touch touchpad which not only allows characters to be entered with the finger, but it also lets drivers navigate in maps and websites or magnify them.
As far as the exterior design, the 2014 BMW 5 Series LCI will bring larger foglights with chrome inserts into the bumper, as well as air curtains. The rear gets a new bumper with small design updates as well.
The facelift updates will apply to touring and Gran Turismo models as well, and BMW plans to introduce the facelifted models in the summer of 2013.
